So, about the car
I was checking repair prices.

First day I checked I was quoted with 400-500 plus 100 for towing.

Then, 188 plus 100 for towing.

Today I was told I could get it repaired at he cost of parts, 140.

I think that MAYBE if I ignore this problem, it will be free by next week.

What do you think?

Omg, I wish all of MY bills would decrease as time went by!

But then again, maybe today is cosmically special, and price will double tomorrow. I'd agree with Rand and say "go with the $140."

Well, I've had price reductions in the past.

For example, I had a telephone bill once that I never got a bill in the mail for. I waited an extra month before emailing them, and they sent me two bills in the mail. The newest bill, which had a total of the two on it, cost less than the older one that was just the first of two months.

Also, I've had a massive overdraft fee from my bank disappear after a week.

And then one time I was told I'd have to pay for parts to get my car fixed at 140. And got the whole set from a scrapyard for about 80. And dont have to tow it. Or pay hourly repair.

But at least you get to KNOW someone as awesome as me. And I wish I could meet that person.

If you have any friends or family with Triple A, they can get your car towed freezie-skeezies.
