Well, he didnt try to guess what it was, to my face. He did send a 70 year old female nurse to ask if I'd had oral "activities". He also gave me a paste to spread on my tongue after I had completely dried it, and to keep it there, on a dry tongue, as long as I could. So I walk around now, dangling this out of my mouth with a paste covering it, since the mouth is filing with saliva always.
